Simon Sinek: Millennials in the workplace

Simon Sinek said that millennials live addicted to cell phones and it destroys relationships.  I agree with him because in restaurants, meet or classrooms we are always checking our cell phones.  His advice is really good, keeping a distance between our phones and us helps us to enjoy the little moments with our friends and family.
